I noticed this storm starting to move in around 2:30 P.M., it looked to be forming mainly south of I-84. Gradually the skies started getting darker and darker, so around 4:30 I decided to go somewhere that I could possibly get some decent lightening photos. As I was nearing the Hermiston airport area I notice this possible funnel cloud at about 4:45 P.M.
