This is the fountain between buildings 2420, 2425, 2430 and 2435 on Garlick Boulevard in Richland, Washington. The pictures were taken on the 13th of December 2009 just before sunset at around 5:00pm. I decided to take the pictures because the water had frozen into what appeared to be a wax-like structure and just looked cool.
