I was just driving home westbound on 182 and as I approached the 4th street exit in Pasco, I came upon the scene of this accident, approximately 7:25pm on 4/28.

I know what happened, I used to drive for that company. The driver of that particular truck was intoxicated. He recieved a DUI. His career is over and all because he just couldn't leave the booze at home, very lucky he didn't kill and innocent persn

How do you know what company it is? Doesn't say. Also video while driving? WOW there is anther accident waiting to happen plus illegal.

I saw the accident happen right beside me, truck was too fast in the exit ramp, trailer tilted about 10 degrees for about 2 seconds then right over. It wasnt on 4th, it was on exit from 12 S to 182 W. 4th is the NEXT interchange. TC media for you.

I have to agree with the other comments...what were you thinking video taping this while you were driving. I know you wanted to get the scoop, but you driver's have GOT to THINK about what you're doing. It only takes a SECOND to get into an accident.

I agree with Ken, this is why other states have made laws banning cell phones while driving, it's stupid and irresponsible, and especially in an accident or construction zone.

This isn't journalism--this is idiocy--encouraging people to drive and operate video camera at same time; just what we need: More accidents!?! Come on. This is rediculous!

People wake up stop using your cell phones you just might be the next one beocuse of a stupid mistake and leave the booze alone when driving if you can't call a taxi no matter what the cost it's worth the money LETS GET REAL here

moron leave the camera at home

It only takes one hand to drive. It's no different then drinking a beverage while driving. How do you know he wasn't using a flip cam and not a cell phone?
