There was an accident today March 3rd in front of my parents house here on 10th Ave. The driver of the car walked away but was taken to the hospital for a checkup.

This particular corner is a very dangerous corner. Because of the little hill that comes over the canal to the north on Washington the visibility in that direction from 6th is terrible. I believe the speed limit is 30MPH, but traffic goes faster.
