Storm Sledding

The roads were icy and the kids wanted to go sledding. So we loaded up and headed to Funland Park. We arrived at the park to find at least 50 sledders. The snow was coming down so hard I was covered in just a few minutes. The visibility was so bad it was close to a white out. We only stayed a short time because the conditions were very hazardous. I got stuck and so did several other vehicles. I am very disappointed at the road conditions in Hermiston. It seems like there is nothing being done about them. Everywhere I go someone is sliding or stuck in the middle of the road. I'm sure other citizens will agree, the city of Hermiston needs to get on the ball and clear our roads to make them safer.
