I watched in awe as lightning lit the sky late Thursday night 8/7/08. I ran to get my camera and got picture after picture of the amazing strikes. I saw two fires start on the hills out from where I live. The orange glow was beautiful and frightening all at the same time. I have so many pictures of the amazing strikes. I wish I could post more! They are beautiful.

That was beautiful writing, I could actually see the raging lightning and the beautiful orange glow of the fire.
