Weird lights in sky

There has been weird hovering lights in the sky off rd 68
fir the past month practically everyday except on bad weather. I could not get a closeup shot with my phone so I tried using my phone with binoculars lol hey it worked and now I know how they look but still have no clue what they are. This vid was on the 15th of August 2013. So if your around rd 68 just look up and you will see them and be weirded out like I hwve been:)

There are around 20 of those things in the Robert Wayne /Sandifer area right now flashing and hovering around. So if anyone has a good camera or telescope aim em towards that area. They resemble stars but are to low and move around.

Saw 6 or so similar lights tonight from rd 60 in Pasco over the Kennewick area. Looked like luminaries of some sort. All but one rose up and disappeared. One of them went back down and then went out. Very odd. They are very yellow compared to stars
