After being disappointed by the super moon rising behind the Pasco airport, retired teacher Bill DeBoard snapped this photo of the super moon shining behind Pasco's twin water reservoir towers on Road 68 at 11 o'clock at night. DeBoard said, "It sure was bright out there."
