We Have a fickle wind in the Tri Cities

This poor sign seems to attract the wind. It has been blown down? over 15 times in the past few months. one week it was down 5 times from it went down sometime between 2 AM and 4 AM. Like I said we have a fickle wind here on Keene Road in RIchland. It is back up but for how long the poor sign is starting to show signs of abuse.
