Spokane Hands Tri-City Their First Loss
SPOKANE – After a perfect 3-0 start, the Tri-City Americans were humbled on Saturday night with 7-2 loss to Spokane.
The game was all Spokane from the get go. The Chiefs went up 3-0 after the first period, and put up the first five goals in the game.
Anthony Bardardo was the Spokane standout. He walked away with a hat-trick after scoring three of the team’s first four goals.
The only goals for Tri-City came from Adam Hughesman in the second period and Mitch Topping in the third period.
Next up for Tri-City, they take on Kelowna on Wednesday before returning home on Friday.
