There were a handful of high school basketball playoff games on Monday night.
Both 1B district tournaments had a pair of elimination games.
We start with the boys.
And this is a bit of a surprise...defending state champion Tri-Cities Prep sees their season come to an end...they fall to Colton 54-53.
Touchet stays alive in the tournament, beating LaCrosse-Washtucna in overtime.
Let's move to the girls bracket next.
And it was just a bad night all the way around for Tri-Cities Prep...their girls team also lost and had their season end.
And in the other game, Touchet drops a close one to Rosalia 50-48.
There was also one 2B playoff game.
It was a girls play-in game between WWVA and Garfield-Palouse.
And the Vikings win it 36-28...so they move on to play top-seeded Liberty Christian on Wednesday.
