Former Dallas Cowboys RB Joins Fever

Former Dallas Cowboys RB Joins Fever
In just under 3 weeks, the Tri-Cities Fever will open training camp.

The team is going to look a lot different this year.

They've got new owners, a new coach, and lots of new players...and one of those new players has a pretty impressive resume.

The Fever have signed former Dallas Cowboys running back Tyson Thompson.

Thompson spent 3 seasons with the Cowboys from 2005 to 2007.

His best season was in 2005, when he set team records for kickoff returns and kickoff return average.

Before going to the NFL, Thompson played at San Jose State and Garden City Community College...and back in high school, he was a semifinalist for Texas player of the year.

The Fever now have roughly 30 players on their roster...and we'll get our first look at all of them on February 22nd, when training camp begins.
