CBC Women's Soccer Team Opens Up NWAACC Tourmament

You don't have to wait until this weekend to watch some great playoff action.

Last year, the CBC women's soccer team got hot at the right time.

They won their last 7 games of the season to take home their 3rd NWAACC title in school history.

This year, the Hawks are back in the playoffs, hoping for back-to-back championships.

And Wednesday afternoon, they played their first round game against Lane.

CBC scored 2 goals early in the 2nd half.

And that would be enough.

The Hawks move into the tournament quarterfinals as they beat Lane 2-0.

Next up for CBC is a game at Whatcom...that'll be on Saturday afternoon.
