All of our area's high school baseball teams are already several games into the season.

Just down the road, the Columbia (Burbank) baseball team opened the year with 4 losses in their first 5 games.

But, Monday afternoon, they were trying to turn things around as they took on Colfax.

Zach Werlinger pitches a 1-hit shutout for the Coyotes...and they win their 2nd game of the year, beating Colfax 3-0.
