TRI-CITIES - It's another Saturday of Soccer with Kamiakin beating Hanford 1-0, while CBC split their games at home with Spokane.

Out in the world of the Big Nine soccer, Kamiakin and Hanford were in a battle for second place in the conference. The game stayed scoreless until the final two minutes when Chandra Stevenson found Marissa Rodriguez to score the lone goal of the game. The goal gave Kamiakin the 1-0 win and revenge after losing to Hanford earlier in the year.

In the college ranks, CBC hosted Spokane for a doubleheader.

The ladies had the first game and the Hawks struggled offensively. CBC was shutout, while Spokane put up two goals in the second half to win 2-0.

The men had the second game and Columbia Basin fared much better. CBC scored two goals in the game, and only surrendered a goal to Spokane because of a PK. The Hawks held on in the end for 2-1 win.
