Pair Of Elimination Games In The 4A Volleyball District Tournament
The Big Nine volleyball playoffs got started on Thursday evening.
In the 4A bracket, 6 teams made it to the district tournament.
But only 3 will advance to regionals.
2 teams would be eliminated on Thursday night.
One of the loser out games was between Walla Walla and Chiawana.
And Walla Walla advances...they end Chiawana's season as they win 3 games to 1.
The Blue Devils will be back on the court Saturday when they take on Richland.
The other first round game in the district tournament was up in Moses Lake.
The Chiefs hosted Eisenhower.
And Moses Lake was dominant as they sweep the Cadets.
So, they also move on to the next round and their next opponent will be Wenatchee.
