PASCO - With only two games left in the NWL season, the Dust Devils are gearing up for the home stretch. Tri-City was in action Saturday night against the Spokane Indians. Dust Devils were looking for back to back wins against the Tribe.
Spokane struck early to start the game. The Indians scored two runs in the first inning. The first run came on an error, and the second run came off a Josh Richmond double that scored Mike Olt.
Dust Devils would get a run of their own in the third inning thanks to an RBI double from Dominic Altobelli. Nathan Hines would score on the play, getting Tri-City within one run, 2-1.
In the forth, the Indians got another run with a similar play. Jared Hoying hit a double off the right field fence that scores Kellin Deglan. Spokane would take the lead 3-1.
Indians would roll from there. Dust Devils fall 5-3. Both teams are back in action Sunday night.
