CBC and Walla Walla CC Battle In Soccer and Volleyball

This week, both CBC soccer teams and their volleyball team were ranked in the NWAACC polls.

Both Walla Walla soccer teams are also ranked...and the Warriors are actually above the Hawks in both polls.

So, there were several exciting games on Wednesday as all 3 CBC teams played in Walla Walla.

We start with women's soccer...these are the top 2 teams in this week's NWAACC poll.

Former Richland Bomber Kati Lucas scored in the 25th minute for Walla Walla...and that was it for the offense.

CBC loses their first game of the year as they fall 1-0.

And in men's soccer, Mikey Ramos scored for the Warriors with less than 15 minutes left in the game...and the Walla Walla men also pick up the 1-0 win.

Then, the day of Warriors-Hawks games ended with a little volleyball.

These two teams were tied for the final playoff spot in the East Region at the start of the day.

And Walla Walla takes over 4th place...they cap off a perfect day as they sweep CBC 25-22, 25-18, and 25-21.
