One of the best high school volleyball matches of the year took place on Tuesday night.
Southridge lost the first 2 games to cross-town rival Kamiakin, before storming back to win the next 3 and win the match.
That loss dropped the Braves into 4th place in the Big Nine with just a week left in the regular season.
On Thursday night, Kamiakin tried to get back on track...and, lucky for them, they got to take on winless Davis.
The Braves get back on track in a big way...they sweep the Pirates 25-16, 25-11, and 25-13.
One of the teams ahead of Kamiakin in the standings is Richland.
The Bombers were at home on Thursday night playing Moses Lake.
And Richland stays in a tie for first place in the Big Nine...they sweep Moses Lake 25-13, 27-25, and 28-26.
We've got 2 other volleyball scores to pass along.
Kennewick took a big step towards locking up a playoff spot as they beat Pasco 3 games to 1.
And Columbia (Burbank) took the long trip to Wahluke...and they knock off the Warriors 3 games to 1.
