Dust Devils Come From Behind To Stun Boise
By Keith Leventhal
The Tri-City Dust Devils have the best offense in the Northwest League.
Coming into Thursday night, they were leading the league in runs, hits, doubles, RBIs, stolen bases, slugging percentage, and batting average. And, oh by the way, they're 10-2 and have the best record in the league. On Thursday night, the Dust Devils went for their 5th straight win as they continued their series with Boise. The Hawks led 5-2 going into the bottom of the 9th. But, Tri-City scored twice. And then with the bases loaded, Bo Bowman hit a 2 run walk-off single...and the Dust Devils come back to stun Boise 6-5. These two teams will wrap up their series on Friday night. |
