Fundraisers For Petty FamilyHere is a list of fundraisers for Petty family: The link is to an account set up for the Petty family. On Sunday, October 4, Benton City Suds will donate proceeds from the car wash. There will also be food available, with hamburgers and potato salad from Shadow Mountain Grill and DaddyO’s hot dogs, chips, and drinks. The event will run from 11 am to 6 pm at 909 Della Avenue. Donations will also be accepted at the Benton City Community Market, 609 9th Street, from 9 am to 1 pm. Bears Den Pizza and Video will donate $1 for each pizza purchased through the month of October. The Bears Den, 618 9th Street, accepts call-in orders and has just begun local delivery service. They can be reached at 588-5135. Ki-Be Youth Football will sponsor a spaghetti feed at Ki-Be Middle School on Sunday, October 11. The dinner will be held in the school’s multipurpose room from 4 to 9 pm and will include salad, bread, dessert and beverage for $5 per person ($2.50 age 6 and under). A bank account has been set up at the Benton City branch of US Bank, 514 9th Street, to receive donations for the Petty family.
