Your Photos: Palouse Falls State Park

Photo by YouNews user stephencobert, "Palouse Falls State Park is located in southeast Washington about 70 miles northeast of Tricities. It is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in WA state. Surprisingly few people know about it. In my opinion the best illumination is between 3 and 4pm around the summer solstice. There are about 2 miles of hiking trails. The most dramatic (and dangerous) one traverses just below the cliffs and takes off from the brink of the falls. The photo with rainbow was taken from that trail. The panorama shot was created with 5 wide angle shots spliced together using Photoshop Elements."
