TRI-CITIES, Wash. -- A major wind storm hits the Tri-Cities, with a peak wind gust registering at Kennewick's Vista Field of 70 mph.

Action News has received multiple reports of property damage, with one viewer reporting her mother's vehicle was crushed by a fallen tree.

Non-essential workers at the Hanford site are not to report to work until 9 a.m., while non-essential employees at PNNL are not to report until 9:30 a.m. in both Richland and at the Hanford site.
