KENNEWICK, Wash. - Water Follies came and went with fewer than two dozen arrests over the course of the weekend.

Kennewick PD say they came in contact with more than 1,200 people, 23 were arrested. Spectators appreciate the calmer atmosphere.

"Extremely important, especially when you have a family and kids, in years passed there are things you don't want them exposed to, you don't have that down here now, I didn't see any of that, it was awesome," said spectator, Angela Hendricks.

Early estimations put the spectators as over 65,000, Columbia Park is expected to be back to normal by Wednesday.
