Suicides down in Franklin County
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- KEPR spotted positive news on the local health front.
There have been far fewer suicides in Franklin County this year.
There have only been two suicides so far; down from 13 a year ago.
It's also the fewest number of cases in three years.
The county coroner wasn't sure why suicides have gone down, but he does believe a stabilizing economy has helped things.
