HERMISTON, OR. - Friday morning..KEPR spoke at the Armand Larive career day to give students an inside look at what it's like to be a member of Action News.

Reporters Vince Sapienza and Frances Watson were the guest speakers in three different middle classrooms. 6th, 7th, and 8th graders asked tons of questions.

Including why their education is important for their career,if college is simply enough, and if being on TV is a growing field? Some of the students liked what they heard.

"In this we are able to do whatever we want, we are able to do stuff, where we are not assigned something, we just go out and can do it, that's my favorite part," said student Bryson McKinney.

Other representatives from different fields were on hand including nurses, police, paramedics, and city officials.
