BENTON COUNTY, Wash. - A setback for the murder case against a Richland man.

Josh Hunt will have to wait another day to learn his fate.

He is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Josh Snapp last summer.

A juror was dismissed today for using her cell phone to look up the word "premeditated".

The definition was given during trial and as part of the jury instructions. An alternate juror was called in.

A verdict is expected this week.
