Richland nanny accused of manslaughter back in court
BENTON COUNTY, Wash. -- The Richland nanny charged with killing a child in her care will now go on trial in late July.

Kelli Jacobsen was already tried once for manslaughter in the death of Ryder Morrison. The first case ended in a mistrial.

Morrison died a day after his first birthday. Jacobsen claimed he fell. The state says he was hit in the head.
