Police: No foul play in baby's death

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Kennewick police don't think there was foul play in the death of a baby last weekend.

The eight-month-old was found hanging by a cross bar in his stroller. He had been napping in the stroller at the home on West Metaline.

Police think the infant must have slipped down and was accidentally strangled. The baby may been there for up to an hour.

The county coroner said he saw no signs of abuse or neglect.
