They say this man fired several rounds after a heated exchange near the air pump.
One person was hit in the leg. Officials say he suffered non life-threatening injuries.

Here's the full news release from Pasco police:
At about approximately noon today Pasco Police responded to a reported shooting in the parking lot of the 10th and Lewis Street Mini Mart. Officer learned that two Pasco men had pulled into the lot, to place air in a tire of a vehicle, in which they were traveling in at the time. A second vehicle pulled into the mini mart at about the same time which is being described as a late 80’s early nineties Chevy Silverado extended cab truck with chrome wheels. Additionally the vehicle is described as being blue-silver in color. The vehicle was occupied by a Hispanic male and female.
While the individuals were in the lot the two groups engaged each other with verbal exchanges. During the verbal argument the driver of the truck pulled out a small caliber handgun and began firing towards the two Pasco men. One of whom was struck in the leg by one of the bullets. The second individual was not struck.
The truck was last seen leaving the scene of the shooting on Lewis Street with the shooter and his female companion. The shooter is described as being in his late 20’s, 5-6, 170-lbs, with black hair and a goatee style mustache. He was dressed in dark clothing which included a dark hooded sweat shirt and dark beanie stocking style cap.
The investigation is on-going and police believe the shooting to be gang related. The intersection was crowded with vehicle traffic and pedestrians in the area at the time of the shooting. Police are asking that if anyone observed anything which would be helpful in the investigation and identity of the suspect to please contact Pasco Police.
