Police: Kennewick massage parlor offering more than expected

KENNEWICK POLICE NEWS RELEASE -- The Kennewick Police received a complaint on July 2012 that a female customer had received a massage at the China Sun Massage Parlor, Grandridge Blvd location on July 27th, 2012. The victim claimed that she had been inappropriately touched by the female masseuse in a sexual manner.
An investigation was initiated with undercover persons were sent into the business. An additional assault with sexual motivation occurred. Further investigation revealed that the business was operating without a massage license.
On August 14th, 2012, Kennewick Police investigators, along with U.S. Marshals and ICE, served three search warrants at both business locations in Kennewick and the residence where the employees lived. The search warrants recovered all the business records.
Four female employees were arrested along with one male employee. All claim to be from China and speak limited English. A language interpreter was used for the interviews.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone who may have frequented the China Sun and felt like they were sexually assaulted should contact the Kennewick Police Department. We will continue working to share information with other State and Federal agencies that may have an interest in this case.
At this point the City of Kennewick business license for China Sun Massage has been revoked.

Yamhei Wang, Asian female age 43 of Kennewick - Practicing without a license (gross misdemeanor)
Jian Mei Liu , Asian female age 41 of Kennewick - Practicing without a license (gross misdemeanor)
Xiu Qin Sun , Asian female age 44 of Kennewick - Practicing without a license (felony), Assault 4 with sexual motivation
Lu Yan Zhen, Asian female age 43 of Kennewick - Practicing without a license(felony), Assault 4 with sexual motivation
Li Shu Cui, Asain male age 41 of Kennewick - Accomplice Practicing without a license (3 felony counts)
