Flames engulf the hillside behind Lt. Aaron Bibe of Benton Fire District 1 as he performs a burn out procedure Wednesday July 4, 2012 at a brush fire about five miles south of Kennewick on Owens Road. Capt. Jeff Ripley said evidence found at the scene indicates the cause of the blaze is fireworks. An estimated 10 to 15 acres burned. About seven fire trucks and 20 firefighter responded.
