Passwords and data still left on phones after they've been reset

TRI-CITIES, Wash. -- If you're thinking about selling your cell phone online well, be careful. A new report from the better business bureau says android phones can still access your information after they've been reset. As a result, any passwords, contacts and pictures you have can still been seen by the phone's new owner.

So how can you avoid this? Before you sell a phone online, go to any phone retailer and have them do a commercial reset. It's also important to take out your phone's sim card.
