YAKIMA – The first place Bears have fallen back below .500 after losing to Salem-Keizer 5-3.

The Bears jumped out to a 3-2 lead after the 4th inning. The lead only lasted until the 8th inning, when the Volcanoes posted three runs. Salem Keizer held on the rest of the way to snap their two game losing streak.

The Tri-City Dust Devils met a similar fate Saturday night. The Dust Devils took a 1-0 lead after the first inning, but after that the Canadians led the rest of the way. Vancouver won their third straight game against the Dust Devils with the score 7-4.

Both teams will conclude their series on Sunday.
