WEST RICHLAND, Wash. -- West Richland Police have a fleet of new vehicles. They include eleven Tahoes and Caprices.

The department budgets cars to be replaced every five to six years. These cars offer the latest computer technology to help officers access everything from the field. Their old Impalas are almost completely phased out.
