KENNEWICK, Wash. - Beer lovers may want to listen up. One local family will be opening a beer tasting establishment in town.

"Gruetzmacher Growlers" will not be an average bar in south Richland. Instead, its focus is on beer enthusiasts. There will be more than 40 different beers to choose from. Staff will show how to pair beer with certain foods and the best times of day to drink the brews. It will be open to everyone from the novice beer drinker to the suds connoisseur.

"Wine of course its everywhere, but beer, is one of the first spots in the Tri-Cities to try beer and choose what one would like, don't have to just look at bottles on the shelves," said owner Geoff Greutzmacher.

"Gruetzmacher Growlers" will open in mid-November. It will be across from Bonefish Grill in Richland.
