Motorcyclist dies after head-on collision near Walla Walla
WALLA WALLA COUNTY, Wash. -- A serious accident along Route 12 near Walla Walla shut down traffic for several hours this afternoon.
Police say high winds caused a motorcyclist to swerve into oncoming traffic, causing him to plow head-on into a truck.
He died on the scene.
Traffic reopened late in the afternoon.
