YAKIMA, Wash. -- The man who prompted an Amber Alert last week is now in custody at the Yakima County Jail. The alert went out after a toddler was reported abducted.

The FBI is handling the case because Moses is accused of taking the girl from the Yakama Nation.

The U.S. Marshals Office said Moses is charged with aggravated sexual abuse.

Investigators said he raped a woman before driving off with the girl.

Moses turned himself in to Kennewick Police. He's due back in court Friday.
