UPDATE: On November 19, the Lane County District Attorney's Office told KVAL News that all charges against Eliaser Baez-Duarte stemming from this case were dismissed. A review of the evidence did not support the dancer's account of events, the chief deputy DA said.
SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - A 23-year-old nude dancer told police a customer raped her in a private room Sunday night.
Officers arrested Eliaser Baez-Duarte, 29, on charges of rape, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, Springfield Police said.
Prosecutors reviewed the investigation and filed misdemeanor third degree sex abuse charges against Baez-Duarte.
The woman told police Baez-Duarte exposed himself as she danced naked for him in a private room at Sweet Illusions, 1836 South A St. in Springfield.
