Local libraries now offer free access to e-magazines

TRI-CITIES, Wash. -- Both of our local library systems debuted a new way to read 100 different magazines for free.

Richland and Mid-Columbia Libraries are launching the new system called Zinio.

You can sign up online to read e-versions on your computer, tablet or phone

Action News checked it out and they include magazines like Consumer Reports, Cosmo, Martha Stewart Living and Runner's World just to name a few.
