KENNEWICK - Kennewick's Mayor was in for a bit of a surprise - he arrived home to find his yard swarming with flamingos!
The pranksters? The students and staff at KSD's Mid-Columbia Partnership.
They'll flock a home for $20. Removing the birds is $5. It's all to raise money for students to visit Washington D-C and New York City.
"I did not deserve this - I am the best mayor Kennewick was and I did not deserve this. However, I was truly shocked," said Kennewick Mayor Steve Young.
