A Pasco man has been arrested for sticking bottles of Hennessey down his drawers all over town.
On July first - Employees at Rite Aid say Thomas Franklin pulled a pair of scissors on them when confronted about his unusual shopping habit.
Witnesses say he came close to stabbing one of the clerks in his escape.
Police report he paid a visit to another Rite Aid just last night -- with the same M-O.
This time he apparently waited to go to the bathroom before sticking TWO bottles of the liquor down his pants.
This time video shows Franklin just ran when questioned.
Unfortunately for him - officers were pulling into the parking lot.
Franklin crossed the finish line into the back of their cruiser.
He's being held at Franklin County for the time being - each bottle of Hennessey is valued at 40 bucks a pop.
