Injunction could slow Pasco annexation plans

PASCO-- Now that Pasco plans to annex a chunk of the "donut hole" -- neighbors say they still won't go down without a fight.
A group is already suing Pasco -- hoping for an injunction to stop even a partial annexation.
The hearing has twice been postponed -- but is now scheduled for Friday.
But that's not the only thing cooking in the Donut Hole.
Neighbors also plan to file a petition to shrink Pasco's city limits back to its original size before last night's decision.
And for the finale -- they'd force another election of city leaders -- claiming the current administration has failed to represent their interests.
