Icy spots on I-84 already causing big rig collisions

PENDLETON-- State Patrol says icy roads near Pendleton need to be taken seriously -- after a second crash in two-days brought eye-84 to a stand-still for hours Thursday morning.

A driver jack-knifed his semi while travelling east on 84 just outside the city.

The tailing semi had no time to react -- setting off a domino effect.

Three-trucks wrecked in all.

Miraculously no one was hurt.
