"I didn't know" will land you in the hole this weekend on OR roads
"Move over or get pulled over."
That's the message Oregon State Police want drivers to hear loud and clear.
To hammer the point home they'll be stepping up patrols during this Friday's rush hour traffic, handing out $260 tickets to everyone compromising comfort zones.
Between 2 and 6pm if you see an emergency vehicle with lights flashing on I-82 and I-84 you had better switch lanes and slow down.
The law has been on the books going on a decade, and state patrol says the "I didn't know" excuse isn't going to work.
