Fatal accident near Connell
CONNELL - A Connell man is dead after he was struck and killed while riding an off-road vehicle. It happened four miles west of Connell on highway 260.
Troopers say the victim was riding in a dark, remote area *without his lights when a Buick hit him from behind. The man was also not wearing a helmet.
He later died at the hospital. And at this time, officials are still investigating the cause of the accident.
