Evidence entered in Young trail
BENTON COUNTY, Wash. -- Accused murderer John Young was back in court Friday.

Lawyers entered evidence and questioned witnesses. Young is accused of the fourth of July slaying of Josh Snapp.

A detective showed the jury the gun that was used in the murder as well as the shirt Snapp was wearing. Several civilian witnesses were called.

One said Young told him Snapp was a snitch.

"He asked me if he should do something about it. I said that's kinda your deal, I don't really know. And he said something about, "Well maybe I'll do something about it," says witness Kelly Castleberry.

Young's friend, Josh Hunt, was already convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 23 years in prison.

Young is expected to take the stand in his own defense next week.
