Elementary students make a donation to Kadlec Pediatric Unit
RICHLAND, Wash. -- Student representatives from both schools presented nurses in the pediatric unit with a check. They donated more than four thousand dollars for pediatric services to the hospital.
The program's founder Nicole Renard helped the kids raise the funds in just one week.
Kids at both schools brought in loose change as part of the coin drive.
The student leaders made sure to involve all of their classmates.
