RICHLAND, Wash. -- They're some of the newest additions to Richland's neighborhoods and they're already being targeted by thieves.
These "In Honor Of" plaques were recently placed along Wright Street in North Richland.
But neighbors found some of them missing last weekend.
Police are still investigating this case and they say it could be a senior class prank.
