Curfew hits Prosser's parks

PROSSER, Wash. -- Action News learned Prosser is cracking down on taggers by closing parks overnight.
People are now banned from being in parks from 11 pm to 5 am.
Anyone caught disobeying the law will be slapped with a $250
fine.
It comes as Prosser has seen a spike of vandalism at local parks.
Only police and city employees are allowed in Prosser's parks overnight.
The new law took effect last month.
